GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS1. You have to get a fully complete application to us before 9 a.m. on July 11, 2011 at the above address. 2. Do your best to answer all the questions on our application form. The questions wouldn't be on the application if the trustees were not interested in the answers. 3. You must furnish the requested personal and family financial information. We want a copy of your Federal Student Aid (SAR) form. We are very interested in financial and family information and it is utilized in determining the individuals to whom awards will be made. In the past some applicants have failed to furnish this information. If the SAR form and requested financial and personal information is not provided, the application will be regarded as incomplete. 4. For high school senior applicants, we want a copy of transcripts for your entire high school career. This may mean more than one transcript. For students in their freshman year in college, we want a transcript from the last high school they attended plus a transcript of their grades to the date of their application at the college they are attending. Not all school offices are at all times excessively co-operative in furnishing transcripts. Order early, don't wait until the last minute. Obtaining the necessary transcript(s) is the applicant's responsibility. 5. Incomplete applications will simply be ignored. Only under extraordinary circumstances will an incomplete application be considered. |
